The company is dying, slowly sinking, and their top priority is redecorating the office.

Pros: The company is still profitable. And it let go the CTO and AL head officer, who are less competitive in the new GenAI era.
Cons: The CFO also left which is a red flag. And the company is struggling to find its marker fit and hard to continue grow.
The early engineers have little large-scale experience and often offer short-term patch solutions instead of optimal ones.
