Good place to work with a lot of learning opportunities
Good team and supportive Manager. Lot of opportunities to learn and up-skill yourself. Good salary structure. Work-life balance apart from on-call.
The company keeps changing its vision, and there's no proper roadmap or planning. Rigorous and impromptu decisions lead to a lot of chaos. There are no team outings, goodies, or festive gifts. There's no extra pay for on-call, but they keep paging during odd hours, holidays, and weekends.
Should have a definitive roadmap and shouldn't keep changing.
Should appreciate and have some compensation defined for on-call rotations.
