Process
I applied via one of the virtual recruiters (think Glassdoor).
I then had a short interview with the recruiter, who was very pleasant and nice.
We then scheduled a call with the hiring manager, the team lead.
This call was not technical but more about selling the company and its challenges.
Following that, we scheduled the technical interview.
Questions
Lots of concurrency in Java questions.
A sliding window algorithm coding question.
