Best company I've worked at, period.
Work/life balance, great pay and benefits, lots of really smart and helpful people to work with, and a flexible/modern technology platform.
It's 180 degrees different from more traditional companies I've worked at, but almost everything is better: no micromanagement, receptivity to new ideas, work from home, etc.
The technology platform is complicated, so it takes a while to learn.
Maintain honesty and communication channels.
