  • Flexible time-off.
  • $50/week credit to use on GH (that expires week-over-week).

Do you want to be promoted? You'd better hope your direct manager is pushing for you as hard as you're working.

Repeated promises of 'no more layoffs.' Repeated layoffs.

Lackluster career advancement overall, with no incentive for growth as there has been very little increase in pay despite a massive increase to the cost of living.
