Process
After a phone interview with the manager, we scheduled an on-site interview.
I required a PDO on my current job. Then they cancelled my on-site interview one day before it was scheduled. They stated that my skill sets did not fit for tomorrow's interview.
I don't understand how this could have happened. It is not professional at all.
Don't your HRs read resumes before they make phone calls?
This was a really negative experience, and I will never apply to this company again.

Another big plus is the ability to fairly easily move around. If you are burning out coding, you can try QA or product management, not instantly, but likely a lot faster than at most other companies. Management structure is also good; it's not in the way but instead helpful. Finally, Scrum has been used for a while. If you are a fan, you will like the company's rather pure approach.Cons: Honestly, none unless you come into the company with some wild internet start-up expectations. It is well past that free meals, crazy hours, etc. phase most software companies go through.
