Pros: Everyone works well together, and the company values successfully promote a great working atmosphere. Another big plus is the ability to fairly easily move around. If you are burning out coding, you can try QA or product management, not instantly, but likely a lot faster than at most other companies. Management structure is also good; it's not in the way but instead helpful. Finally, Scrum has been used for a while. If you are a fan, you will like the company's rather pure approach.

Cons: Honestly, none unless you come into the company with some wild internet start-up expectations. It is well past that free meals, crazy hours, etc. phase most software companies go through.

Pros: Awesome place to work. Good work-life balance. Open communication. Lots of small things that perk up your day, like multiple snacks, bagels three times a day, etc.

Cons: More workshops and communication beyond quarterly meetings would help.
