A recruiter contacted me via email and phone. I was called in for a technical interview right away. I met the recruiter at the offices and was taken to a conference room.
The interviewers were friendly. We talked for 15 minutes about the company and their product, then I completed a whiteboard programming exercise.

Implement a sparse matrix Java class with a constructor, set, and get methods.
The matrix has millions of rows and columns and is at a maximum 15% populated.
