Great Culture, But Negative Outlook

Pros: Good culture, good people, good working hours.
Cons: Couldn't think of it right now.

Good company overall
Software Engineer • Current Employee
May 19, 2022
Pros: Might change depending on teams, but the team I was working with was excellent.
The team lead was able to keep a lot of outside pressure outside of the team, and really let the team focus on the technicals and internal evaluation.
Cons: Some of the tech used may not be the most up to date. But Guidewire, as a whole, is moving forward with more recent technology.

Pros: Great atmosphere, vast diversity of projects, competitive salary with many bonuses, lots of professionals, nice new office and fully equipped kitchen, opportunities to travel (mostly USA and Canada).
Cons: A bit of corporate smell. Probably nothing more.
