The manager just asked about my background and said he just wants someone who has a computer software degree. Since I transferred from a math major, he does not want to move forward.
Questions
Nothing. He just showed his arrogance by being late for the interview and not being interested in my background, since I did not have a computer science degree.

Pros: This is a great place to work. The company is aiming at building a good working environment for all employees. The working pressure is low, and co-workers are friendly and willing to help. Everyone has been evaluated during the hiring process to see if his/her personality matches the company, to make sure everyone can work happily here.
The salary is pretty competitive, and due to the low pressure, you can have very good work/life balance. You don't need to work while having lunch; instead, you could enjoy board games during lunch or after work with co-workers.
