I had an initial call with an HR person. She provided more information about the company, its operations, and its products. She informed me that the next step would be a coding challenge. I wasn't expecting a Codility test (what was I thinking?). I had taken a Codility test previously but wasn't very familiar with the platform. The coding test had two problems: one easy and one difficult. I scored 26% overall. I used an IDE to complete the tasks but didn't think to Google the problems, so I tried my own solutions and eventually ran out of time on the second problem. :(
