Process

The interview process is split into four parts:

  • First, there is a telephone interview with H.R. They ask you about your experience, your knowledge of Java, etc. The purpose of this interview is to see if you are a cultural fit for the company.
  • Second, there is a code test. The test is in Java, and there are four questions: JDBC, Collections, Bad Code, and JMS. You must complete two questions.
  • Third, there is a technical telephone interview with a team. They ask questions and test your knowledge of Java, SQL, and XML.
  • Finally, there is a face-to-face interview at their offices. They will ask you about the contents of the code test and also ask you to explain some things on a whiteboard.
