At first, the process seemed very positive. I was a bit surprised that there were pretty much no algorithms or problem-solving questions. After the onsite interviews, I got an offer for a position in Krakow. However, I told my recruiter that I would be much more interested in a position in Dublin, where their main European office is. She said that they would start hiring for Dublin roles soon and that she would be in touch.

When she didn't update me and I followed up, she just didn't respond. This was very unprofessional behavior. As a candidate who received an offer, I felt like the company didn't respect me.
