Pros: Work/Life balance, Career Opportunities, Compensation, Culture - used to be great, until certain senior managers were hired and the "transformation" process began.
Cons: No transparency, no stability. You can be hired for a project which will be shut down in a month, with empty promises and an overall stressful atmosphere.

Pros: Fantastic people to work with. Smart, motivated, and collegial.
A very collaborative environment. Work with a lot of the latest technologies.
A very stable company in a very stable market. It has the most rational management team I've encountered in thirty years in the industry.
Cons: Very consensus-driven, to the point where it can be difficult to move projects ahead sometimes. A large staff and legacy codebase with a long tail mean that it can be very difficult to figure out how or why something works the way it does.
