Process
The first screening was a Codility assessment which tested intermediate-level Java. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked to explain and implement some code snippets. Another test followed (a LeetCode-type question, much easier than the Codility assessment).
My tips are: Be curious and open to alternate solutions to your answer. Show them that you are thinking outside of the one solution you provided. I think that's what they are looking for.
