Pros: The management values the employees.
Great product and technology (this might vary based on the team).
Pretty flat organization.
Everyone is heard. No concern is swept under the carpet.
For me personally, the company goes over and beyond to make sure employees are happy. I have been in companies where the company only looks at what is convenient for them.
Cons: I have seen some teams getting reorganized a bit too often because we are trying a lot of new things. Probably this is just part and parcel of trying to bring in a lot of change in a big organization.

Pros: Very good work-life balance. Managers are very helpful and employee-friendly. Lots of benefits are available.
Cons: Difficult to find any cons except salary standard.
