You get to work with some brilliant people who really know software and care a good deal about craftsmanship. Great culture and work ethic of the people there. In some ways, Guidewire is a picture-perfect software company.
It's only true if you're a software engineer. Woe betide you if you're in a different department. It was hard to get information and requirements (at least this was true when I worked there).
Development is king, but make sure to include all departments in praise. For example, the much-revered "Atlas Award" was only given out to software engineers. Show others some love too.
