Great People, Comfy Workplace
Excellent work environment. Friendly people. Nice workplace. Good communications and connections between managers and technical staff. A clear plan for the future. Physicians in the workplace.
Actually, the company is trying to overcome most of the cons. Maybe what I do not like is that the amenities are not that good. Sometimes the air conditioning does not work well, but nothing related to management.
I think management is trying to do a lot of surveys to know the problems so they can solve them. This is a good practice for improvement.
