Inability to prioritize. The big picture of the product is incomplete.
Lack of accountability. For example, if some devs don't like to QA and if you hint at it, you get into trouble.
Integrity. Feedback is king, but not double-checked properly. Taking positions without hearing you.
Could be more proactive, show more leadership instead of letting the teams decide in key decisions most of the time, and be more technical.
Very long and dragged-out processes with minimum transparency and lots of delays. The recruiters are unprofessional and spam me constantly regarding open job positions.
