Projects were used, but felt a bit canned. Teams vary widely in experience, in particular with regards to how used the projects are. In addition, it was hard to tell how much projects would be used in advance.
I liked that we initially got to choose our projects. However, the descriptions didn't give that much insight as to what the tasks would entail. Giving specific skills that would best fit each project would be helpful.
First, there was a Codility Assessment. Then came a recruiter phone screening. Finally, there was a 2-hour technical and behavioral interview with an engineer and a manager. Overall, the process was quick and smooth.
The second interviewer did not show up for the interview. No one communicated anything about it for the entire day. A few days later, they sent a rejection without even bothering to reschedule the interview.
