The company is very focused on work-life balance and has fabulous benefits.
We are using agile methodologies, but I do not feel overworked like I have at prior companies.
The company focuses on collegiality, and I have really seen this practiced constantly, with no conflict to speak of.
The compensation package is reasonably competitive, but raises have been poor over the last 3 years.
Stay committed to full-time remote, and don't push the hybrid work except for those who want to do it.
