I spoke with a recruiter to get a sense of the application process. I discovered they are conducting heavy FAANG and "hard" LeetCode technical interviews, but without the same level of FAANG compensation. Additionally, they require you to be on-site three days a week.
This opportunity is not worth my time. I am already employed, well-compensated, and full-time remote. If I wanted a FAANG job and FAANG compensation, I would apply to FAANG.
Sorry, you missed out. You may want to re-evaluate your interview process, compensation, and/or remote work requirements.
