Process
I do not recommend wasting your time. After spending 5 hours in interviews and an hour of phone interviews before that, you get a cold rejection email that provides no feedback. It's unfair that you spent your time and effort (taking time off from your PTO) for this type of interview and get no feedback at the end. The least they can do is a call with some sort of feedback so you can work on weak points. Unless they are not an equal opportunity employer as they claim, hence the rejection.
