Recruiter call -> Technical Phone Screen (LC medium) -> Final round (1 Hiring Manager, 1 "values and motivations", 2 coding, 1 system design)
The process is very similar to many tech companies out there.
One thing I would point out is the interview with the engineering manager. It is a 1-hour long behavioral interview. That is very long for a behavioral interview, and it can get very tiring. Be sure to have lots of examples prepared for this one.
Lastly, my least favorite interview was the "values and motivations" where they ask you questions about how their values align with your values. This interview felt very forced, and the interviewer seemed like they did not want to be there nor cared about my answers. I felt like this particular interview was a complete waste of time.
Other than that, nice people at this company.
Tell me about a time you made a positive impact on a codebase.
