I was ghosted after the initial call with the recruiter, which went well by all accounts.
I found this experience to be very poor from the candidate's side and would hope that the interview process can be improved for other candidates.

Pros: Compensation is okay, and there are good people.
Cons: Forcing crafts to overlap has destroyed momentum, as PMs and design are forced to code. When vision and direction are needed more than ever, they seem to be evaporating quickly. Things just feel harder to achieve than ever.
