Met their recruiting team at a university career fair. Was contacted by a software engineer for the typical HR call. Had a one-hour technical assessment over the phone. Was brought on-site for three one-hour pair coding challenges, plus lunch. The people were welcoming and very respectful of each other's time. Seems like a great place to work.
