Great overall culture, but some management issues
Overall great work-life balance, awesome people, and amazing culture.
When push comes to shove, culture is set aside by some of the managers. As with most startups/tech companies, the company seemed to start compromising its values during more difficult times.
I had to leave during the start of the pandemic because the first conversation my manager had with me was about maintaining output during "these unprecedented times" after I had told them I was having a hard time focusing due to my family being high-risk.
