Coding interview online was very nice.
On-site: Nice office, pleasant people. Coding assignments were easier (they have a pair station). The "on rails" assignment was very easy; you pair on that as well, so it would be easy.
Watermelon was difficult for me. I tried to be as frank as I can, but as with any interview like those, you don't really know what they are expecting. Give short answers and don't open up too much. I would say you may end up saying something by mistake.
Couple of simple coding questions and one coding exercise on a Rails project.
Watermelon questions were open-ended, so prepare for some generic culture-fit interviews.
