Don't bother. They use Karat for technical screenings. Imagine having every H1B visa secretly sitting in the supply closet of the place they've currently got sponsoring their visa, speaking nearly unintelligible English and rushing you through a technical interview without any investment on their end whatsoever. There was zero feedback on those super open-ended verbal systems design questions. How many of those coding challenge problems do you need to get right to move on? No one knows. It was an absolutely disgusting experience all the way around. Welcome to software engineering in 2026.
