They usually have a two-step interview process. The first step is completely technical, handled by the CTO. The second step is a cultural fit assessment, handled by the People Ops manager. In some cases, the first stage may extend to two interviews: one by the CTO and another by the VP of Engineering.

I applied via email with my resume. They go through every project and link that you provide, especially GitHub. They had some overlapping technology stacks between my personal projects and their products. In my case, I was given two interviews for the technical round, one specific to the technologies I used.
