I was contacted by HR. HR promised a tech screen call. Upon applying, I didn't hear back. I had to make multiple requests to understand the scenario and later understood that the position was already filled.
Poor communication, no quick response to requests at all.

Pros: There are a lot of great people who are passionate about what they do. Fully remote.
Cons: Lots of unpopular changes lately, and a very bad look to the way those changes were rolled out. Leadership seems to change their mind and the goalposts quite often.
