- Take-home assignment. You can do it or use 3 hours during the on-site to do it. Personally, I used 60 to 70% of my time planning the correct approach so that my code can be layered, documented, and as simple as possible.

Pros: There are a lot of great people who are passionate about what they do. Fully remote.
Cons: Lots of unpopular changes lately, and a very bad look to the way those changes were rolled out. Leadership seems to change their mind and the goalposts quite often.
