Process
Initial recruiter screening only. The interviewer seemed incompetent around the technical skills she was supposedly recruiting for. I don't expect technical recruiters to be engineers, but I was taken aback by how she seemed to have a hard time comprehending my experiences, even requesting me to repeat my answers on occasion. Additionally, she seemed to be reading from a sheet of questions the entire time, instead of trying to find a genuine fit based on her own analysis.
