Some caveats:

They provide no tools to express your design in the system design and application design rounds. You're expected to post your answers on the Zoom chat, which makes it impossible to express your answers. It's a shame that a remote-first company hasn't figured out how to conduct design interviews over Zoom.

The application design interviewer is too unstructured, so make sure you ask exactly what they're expecting from the interview.
