Very organized interview process. The recruiter sets all the expectations with you ahead of time.

You first meet with your direct manager to see if you are a good cultural fit.

You then go through 4 more interviews:

• 2 conversational – mainly behavioral questions with a bit of focus on getting to know you on a professional and personal level
• 1 code review interview
• 1 pair programming interview – this one didn't feel right. It may be the luck of the draw with the interviewer, but it did not feel collaborative at all. The instructions were very quickly glossed over, and you were expected to code with very limited feedback without being in the driver's seat of the "pair programming" exercise.
