First video call with the VP of Engineering, who then introduced me to three other members of the team via email to conduct the three interview rounds. This is what made it efficient, because I could schedule all the interviews for the next few days and be completely done (just waiting for feedback) in less than a week.

In the first interview, I was asked to go through a pull request from a community member and comment on it to see how much we're aligned in terms of reviewing other people's code.

The last one was about ops skills – scalability, network engineering, AWS, etc. I can't remember any specific questions.
