- Post-acquisition, people are still allowed remote.
- There are no pay cuts.
- You can coast.
- HashiCorp is virtually dead.
- Whatever was left of the culture is also dead.
- There is an endless amount of middle managers who are completely disconnected from engineering and product.
- Cost cutting is in full swing and painful, and it is bad for customers.
- The outlook is very bleak.
- Morale and motivation are gone.
