Great environment, super welcoming. I would recommend to anyone to work here.
No negatives. Everything was great.
Canadians look elsewhere. The company drastically underpays Canadian staff as opposed to American counterparts. As a dual citizen, I was told I'd get almost double the Canadian salary, so long as I applied as an American.
Submitted a resume and cover letter, and was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter interview is a screening to make sure you tick some boxes. Next, I was passed to the hiring manager interview. This is where behavioral and skills assessment happens
First video call with the VP of Engineering, who then introduced me to three other members of the team via email to conduct the three interview rounds. This is what made it efficient, because I could schedule all the interviews for the next few days
