I had an initial call with a recruiter, then I did the first interview. The first technical round was a coding question where you were allowed to Google information about libraries.
After passing that, there was a domain knowledge round where you walked through a project or two. The interviewer was nice, and I thought things went okay, but I got rejected afterwards.
They requested feedback on the process, so I filled out their form with some honest and thoughtful responses. I then asked if they could provide any interview feedback. They ghosted me.
FYI Headway, taking a few minutes to give feedback encourages candidates to reapply. I'm never going to reapply since I don't want to waste my time again.
