Process
The process was a very easy process. It took a day for one technical round and one HR round after giving a technical + aptitude test, but I got my offer letter after two months. They asked basic Java questions – OOPs concepts and so on.

Good for people who don't want to work and learn anything new
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Pune, Maharashtra, India
September 9, 2012
Pros: A really great place to work when you don't want to work anymore. Come relax and go home. That's all, in simple terms.
Cons: Your future depends a lot, or I will say all, on your project/team and relationships with so-called managers, irrespective of your hard work and talent.
Some losers are made managers (on time-scale promotion, I think) who don't know how to get things done.

Good place to work, but not that good
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Pune, Maharashtra, India
October 17, 2014
Pros: Nothing much. It really depends on the department where you are working.
There might be good opportunities and you might get to learn new things.
You might get a very good salary hike if you have good contact with everyone.
Cons: Too much politics. Now recently policies have been changed which are causing employee life imbalance. No promotions easily. Salary is okay. Opportunities are closed.

A good place to work if you want less quality work and stagnant growth of knowledge, but pay. They do pay good enough
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Pune, Maharashtra, India

Pros: Nothing much. It really depends on the department in which you are working.
The work might be good and you might get to learn new things.
You might get a very good salary hike if you have a good relationship with your manager.
Cons: Managers dominant environment.
No good work culture.
Bounded hours system, feels like a jail when you have to complete 7.5 hours even when you have no work.
