Training provided is very thorough. Apart from a month-long training by the Business Training Team, one also receives on-the-job training for a month by an experienced member of the team.
There are numerous team events, from parties to picnics.
A mandatory continuous 10-day leave is provided every year (which, after including the weekends, comes to 16 days). If one doesn't take the leave, it will reflect poorly on his/her record and, even worse, on the manager's record.
Technical programs offered by external organizations are encouraged and sponsored.
