Pros

Good interior designs. Goody-goody looking people. Green area outside. Wide variety of food, special canteen building. Managers are very rich; they show it by posting sale ads on company portals.

Cons

If you are a 'fair' girl, then your 'gujju' manager will start a chat session with you in the parking basement. But that's OK; that is what his job is called: 'line' manager.

Another thing, if you are decent, then other project people start stalking you, making you feel like you're still in college.

Advice to Management

Talk less.

Because the more you talk, the more you show that you don't have any work in hand.

Spend time with your wife and kids instead of spending time in the parking basement with girls.

Stop poking your nose into employees' screens.

Overall, stop micromanagement.
