The whole process is straightforward and clear.
First, you will receive an OA, which asks you to finish a project. You can find this in other comments, and that does not change.
But! After that, you will talk with HR. It seems like HR does not hope to learn about you and does not care what your answers are. They just ask, without any feedback or conversation.
That is a very bad process!
