I was referred by a friend who works at the company. The entire interview process was straightforward, and the interviewers were great. However, the recruiter took too long to move me forward through each stage.

I was told that the entire interview process would only take 3-4 weeks, but it took 4 months instead. When contacting my recruiter for updates on my application, I was left in the dark. I did not receive a response about potentially moving forward with the interview process until months later.

As a person who was referred, I would have expected the recruiters to follow through with their time estimates and be transparent about what's going on with their candidates. It shouldn't take this long for a candidate to go through the whole interview process.
