The interview process was incredibly insightful and straightforward.
I was given a 3-hour coding challenge, followed by a phone screen, and finished with an in-house technical interview.
The coding portion was challenging but really tested my skills, and it felt very rewarding when I completed it.
The in-house technical interview questions were straightforward and fair, and anytime I didn't know something, they were very eager to teach me.
Everyone was very friendly, and overall, the entire process was painless. The entire interviewing experience felt like a fair assessment of my skills and was a very positive and rewarding experience overall.

That part on its own is not a negative, so long as you get along with them. What is hard as a result of that is it may be tough to balance with other aspects of your life, with work-related things.
