Process
The coding challenge was not hard, but it took a lot of planning. Don't underestimate the 3 hours you have; they go by quickly. Luckily, when the timer is up, you have unlimited time, I believe, to submit your code files. This means you can continue working on it on your end and clean up your code if necessary without worrying about time.
Questions
I just did the coding challenge. I am still waiting to hear back.

Co-op Treated Like a New Hire
Software Engineering Co-op • Current Employee
August 31, 2021
Pros: HubSpot has a great culture and a great environment for co-ops and interns. I am currently on my second co-op here, and I get most of the benefits of a full-time employee and am treated like a full-time employee for day-to-day work. My projects from my first co-op are still being used to this day, which just goes to show that they trust co-ops with real responsibility.
Cons: I have no complaints working here.
