Co-op Treated Like a New Hire
HubSpot has a great culture and a great environment for co-ops and interns. I am currently on my second co-op here, and I get most of the benefits of a full-time employee and am treated like a full-time employee for day-to-day work. My projects from my first co-op are still being used to this day, which just goes to show that they trust co-ops with real responsibility.
I have no complaints working here.
The only advice I would give is to continue doing what you’re doing. Continue caring deeply about your employees (from executives to co-ops) and being transparent.
