Pros: Just finished a co-op here! I absolutely loved how things are done at HubSpot, and I enjoyed my time here getting to know the team and the culture.
Cons: Nothing specific that stood out to me.

Co-op Treated Like a New Hire

Pros: HubSpot has a great culture and a great environment for co-ops and interns. I am currently on my second co-op here, and I get most of the benefits of a full-time employee and am treated like a full-time employee for day-to-day work. My projects from my first co-op are still being used to this day, which just goes to show that they trust co-ops with real responsibility.
Cons: I have no complaints working here.

- Loads of internal tools to aid engineering.

- Loads of firing recently without notice.
- Most employees are remote, so it's not really social.
- Emphasizes a lot on performance culture, leading to employees gaming the system and more stress.
- Company became stricter on benefits.
