Development infrastructure and tooling is great.
Small teams and plenty of responsibility/opportunities to learn.
- The lingo, vocabulary, and abbreviations can be a bit of a pain to learn on top of soaking up everything else.
- Hearing phrases like "our customers bleed orange" and the corny cheering at technical talks kills me inside.
