Process

Phone screening. Interview arrangement. First interview. Second interview. Offer.

The two face-to-face interviews were completed smoothly and in a very harmonic atmosphere. Two interviewers attended both sessions. During the interviews, I was impressed by the interviewers' questions, their in-depth knowledge of the technology, and the creative ways they thought of problems. The interview time, logistics, and preparation were communicated nicely beforehand. They also introduced the exciting new work to me with their best efforts. The whole process of the interviews was super efficient and pleasant.
